| ZIALIN IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. Zialin can give you very satisfying results and relief from your ED symptoms. But as with any new medical regimen, it is prudent to consult with a medical care giver before beginning. Make sure you give your doctor a list of all your medical conditions and the medications you are taking. If you’ve been told that robust sexual activity could cause a cardiac event, discuss other options with your doctor. Don’t take Zialin if you’ve had a heart attack, stroke or life-threatening heart rhythm during the last six months. Don't take Zialin if you take medications containing nitrates. Medications containing nitrates are sometimes used to treat symptoms of heart disease – for example, pain in the chest, jaw, or down the arm. These medications – heart drugs like nitroglycerin (Nitro-Bid, etc.), isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur), and isosorbide dinitrate (Isordil) – work to dilate blood vessels. In combination with Zialin, they may cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure, dizziness, circulation and heart problems. If you are taking Zialin, don't drink excessive amounts of alcohol. Excessive alcohol consumption in combination with Zialin may result in dizziness or low blood pressure. The most commonly reported side effects of Zialin (headache, upset stomach, backache and muscle pain) did not disturb the users enough for them to discontinue use. In rare instances, ED medication users have reported a priapism (an erection lasting more than four hours). If this occurs, seek immediate medical assistance. ED medication users have, in rare instances, reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision. It has not been possible to determine if there is a direct relationship between these occurrences and the medication or other causal factors. As with any medication, if these symptoms occur, you should immediately contact your medical care giver. |
