In addition, we guarantee that every online transaction you make will be "100% safe". Here's what that means. In the highly unlikely event any unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our online store - you pay nothing. The Fair Credit Billing Act prohibits your bank from holding you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. Many banks also waive this first $50.00. However, if your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will reimburse you for the entire amount that you are charged, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card issuer in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures. Safe payment processing Once you complete your order, your credit card will not be charge until the product is shipped. We will only receive a credit authorization which will be on hold for seven (7) days. If we do not ship the order during this period, the credit card authorization will expire. Damaged Product Returns If your order was damaged in shipping, or if the incorrect item was shipped, please notify us immediately at service@edstrips.com. In your e-mail, please include your order tracking number. This will help us assist you more quickly. Customs Clearance In the rare instance of international shipments being confiscated by Customs in your country, your package will be re-shipped - FREE. To receive free re-shipping, you must provide us with the confiscation notification from the customs agency or import authority that is in charge. This notification must be email to us at service@edstrips.com. Please note that we can re-ship your order free only one time. In lieu of re-shipment, you may request and receive a refund of your purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges. |
